Webshop www.aniriflowers.ee (hereinafter the Webshop) is owned by Aniri Flowers OÜ (registration code 14102075).

Validity of contract, product and price information

Terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the online store.

The prices of the products available in the online store are marked with the products. The price includes a fee for the delivery of the goods. The prices of all goods available in the online store are in euros.

The fee for the delivery of the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.

Information about the product is provided in the Webshop directly next to the product.

Formation of the order

To order the product, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele (service provider ESTO AS)
  • Latvian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Citadele and Luminor  (service provider ESTO AS)
  • Lithuanian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Šiauliu and Luminor  (service provider ESTO AS)
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments
  • Pay later solutions: ESTO hire-purchase (service provider: ESTO AS)
  • Pay later solutions: Bolt Pay Later (service provider: ESTO AS)
  • Pay later solutions: ESTO 3-part (service provider: ESTO AS)

NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to press the “Back to merchant” button on the bank page.

Bank payments are mediated by Montonio Finance. Payment is made outside the Webshop in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of MMontonio Finance. Others have no access to the customer's bank and credit card information. The contract is valid from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the current account of the Webshop.

The owner of the online store is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance.

If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the termination of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivery of the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Delivery

We deliver our products to the following countries: Estonia.

These options are available for receiving your order: delivery throughout Tallinn and the Tallinn region.

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

All shipments within the added country will generally arrive at the buyer's designated destination within 2 hours of the effective date of the purchase agreement. The courier delivers flowers at intervals of 30 minutes from the desired time.

Defective goods

The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract or for defects that already existed at the time of delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first hours of delivery, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. The online store is obliged to prove otherwise.

The buyer has the right to contact the online store within an hour from the moment the defect is discovered by sending an email info@aniriflowers.ee or by calling +372 56 887 646.
The online store is not responsible for defects that arise after delivery of the goods to the buyer.

If goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store returns to the buyer all payments stipulated in the purchase and sale agreement.

The online store will respond to the consumer complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal data to the transport service provider for the delivery of the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to receive them by entering his email address on the website website and indicating your desire to receive direct mail.

The buyer may opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their email address at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offer.

Dispute settlement

All customer complaints against the online store must be sent by email or telephone.
If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract between the buyer and the online store. Dispute resolution by the Consumer Disputes Commission is free for the buyer.

The buyer may also apply to the dispute resolution authorities of the European Union.
